Cooking classes at the "Cordon Bleu", world-famous institute of culinary arts. Demonstration and practical class with a seasoned Chef.From 12:30 to 3:30 pm: observation and discovery of the Chef's skills, techniques and know-how during the preparation of a full menu, then tasting of prepared dishes.From 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm: practical class focused on the preparation of a main dish, followed by an informal tasting of the participants' creations.
