INSA Rouen Normandie is a public scientific, cultural and professional institution (EPSCP) under the authority of the Ministry of lʼEnseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de lʼInnovation. The institution's missions are: the initial and continuing training of engineers, the search for excellence, the dissemination of scientific culture. As the first public engineering school in Normandy and one of the main French institutions, INSA Rouen Normandie occupies a major place in the landscape of engineering training in France. Its missions, teaching (10 engineering courses, including 3 apprenticeships, 2 specialized Masters®), research (8 laboratories) and the dissemination of scientific culture are based on the following areas of expertise: Information Systems Engineering, Big data, Mathematical and Software Engineering, Chemistry and processes, Risk management and the conversion of industrial sites, Energy, Propulsion, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial performance and Civil Engineering and Urban planning. INSA Rouen Normandie is a member of the INSA group, which trains nearly 10% of French engineers every year. It has forged close links with the industrial world and has developed many partnerships with international organizations.
