As China's population ages and the demand for healthcare continues to rise, improving the quality and efficiency of medical services, as well as meeting the diverse needs of the population, have become pressing challenges in the Chinese healthcare industry. The application of new technologies within the industry offers innovative solutions to address these issues.
On the evening of August 24th, in collaboration with la FrenchTech, France Alumni Chine is inviting industry experts and alumni to discuss this topic, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals to connect and expand their networks.

Double master's degree in enterprise administration and human resources from the IAE d'AIX Business School in France, winner of the Eiffel Scholarship of the French Government, she has been to France, Belgium ORPEA elderly care institutions for further study, and has participated in the elderly care training of Beijing Xiehe-Hopkins Forum, the elderly care training of Xiehe-Orpea, and the palliative medical training of Peking Xiehe Hospital for many times.
She has many years of working experience in Fortune 500 enterprises and has worked in many cities in China and France. In 2014, she joined the ORPEA China BU and has built the operational system as the earliest core member. Since 2016, she has been the director of Nanjing ORPEA Xianlin International Care Center, leading the team to successfully implement the localization of high-end European elderly care institutions. Since 2022, She has served as the chief operating officer of ORPEA China and has been appointed as a member of the Jiangsu Province Elderly Care Expert Database.
