Paris for students and alumni

On Wednesday, January 27, “Le Paris des étudiants et des alumni” (Paris for students and alumni), an event organised by the Reception and Benefits Department of Campus France and France Alumni, attracted about 50 participants who came to learn and share their personal tips about Paris.

 The event featured:

1. Interactive quiz

The objective of the quiz was to present peculiar locations and personal tips to help scholarship international students and alumni enjoy their experience of Paris at its best. Themes:

• Culture (free museums, cinema, concerts)
• Unusual places
• Cheap restaurants
• Language exchange
• Job and internship opportunities (some scholarship students even took the opportunity to register to the France Alumni platform)   

2. Workshops

Alumni and scholarship international students were organised in small groups to meet, and talk about their tips and advice. Each group then talked about their tips and advice to enjoy the city at its best before the public.

All participants left with the head full of ideas and good addresses!

3. Networking

We finished the event with a friendly drink. It was a good opportunity to talk about the participants’ projects and future events organised by Campus France and France Alumni.

The Reception and Benefits Department of Campus France will organise themed workshops once per months, and France Alumni will participate as co-organiser.
